This particular course is designed to provide advance knowledge and the most relevance approach in maintaining electrical installation system and auditing works to verify the status of performance. There are number of cases where the electrical installation caused serious disturbances during the daily operation, due to lag of maintenance. This incident as publicly recognized is the major factor that caused disruption on the daily operation of the building. With less knowledge and experience the maintenance team for repairs normally
will spend more time to rectify any electrical failure of the electrical installation.

Therefore it is the most advisable and a necessity for electrical maintenance team for building to upgrade their knowledge and experience to be more efficient in their daily works.
