Do payment will be required prior to attending the course?
Yes, the payment of course fees should be done one week before course date.
Payment can be made either by bank transfer, cash deposit or by cheque deposit.
Payment slip should be sent to us as evidence of payment.

If payment cannot be done 7 days prior to the course?
Registration through the company, authorized personnel must provide a “Letter of Undertaking” or “Guarantee Letters” before the course.
For individuals, we do not accept any registration during the courses without any payment.

Cancellation and Transfers
If delegate are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcomed at no extra charge.
For writing cancellation with more than 7 days prior to the training 100% refund are claimable. Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the training. However, the course material will be delivered to you.
SOP reserves the right to make any amendments or changes to the program, venue, trainer replacement, and/or topics it warranted by circumstances beyond our control.

The certificate is awarded to the participants was a Certificate of Completion.
The certificate will only be awarded to participants who attended the course more than 75% of the program.
