    In-house training is proposed by the client at the title, time, location and objectives to be agreed.

    Course Duration
    • Public training is organised between 2-5 days, depends on the content and title of the course.
    • For In-house training, the duration of the course depends on the client’s request and agreed to.

Registration, Payment & Cancellation

    Qualification for registration
    • There is no minimum qualification to participate our courses unless indicated in the brochure.

    How to register?
    • Please submit the completed registration form via e-mail or fax to us.

    Do payment will be required prior to attending the course?
    • Yes, the payment of course fees should be done one week before course date.
    • Payment can be made either by bank transfer, cash deposit or by cheque deposit.
    • Payment slip should be sent to us as evidence of payment.

    If payment cannot be done 7 days prior to the course?
    • Registration through the company, authorized personnel must provide a “Letter of Undertaking” or “Guarantee Letters” before the course.
    • For individuals, we do not accept any registration during the courses without any payment.

    Cancellation and Transfers
    • If delegate are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcomed at no extra charge.
    • For writing cancellation with more than 7 days prior to the training 100% refund are claimable. Regrettably, no refund can be made for cancellation received less than 7 days prior to the training. However, the course material will be delivered to you.
    • SOP reserves the right to make any amendments or changes to the program, venue, trainer replacement, and/or topics it warranted by circumstances beyond our control.

    • The certificate is awarded to the participants was a Certificate of Completion.
    • The certificate will only be awarded to participants who attended the course more than 75% of the program.

    • We do not guarantee any jobs after attending any of our courses.
